OTM solution
As the client couldn’t go with a generic headhunter package, we ‘ve build the setup that matched their reality of a small team, tight budgets, and ad-hoc hiring driven by incoming project wins. Together we designed a solution that gave them control, trust, and cultural fit. The Pay-per-Interview model let them pay only for the value they actually received, while our recruiters acted as brand ambassadors and integrated into their daily operations. With this mix, we removed interview overload from the founders, represented the company convincingly to candidates, and kept costs predictable.
How we solved it:
- Kickoff workshop: mapped growth goals with the founders and tailored the Pay-per-Interview model to their needs.
- Candidates ready for tech-interviews: delivered BI and Data Engineer juniors fitting for hard skills, motivation, and consulting mindset
- Cultural alignment: we had worked with Oliva Advisory since its founding, enabling us to present the company authentically to candidates and bring those who matched their values
- Cost control: fixed interview fee; client could adjust volume each quarter and save as they needed less and less interviews per hire with each batch
- Risk mitigation: risk clause that no payment would be due if that if OTM underdelivers on the promised interview volume.. never triggered, but gave confidence
- Transparency: every profile came with CV and structured soft-skills matrix; clients could ask unlimited extra clarifications before accepting a billable interview
- Embedded recruiters: two OTM recruiters (BI + Data) plugged directly into the client’s MS Teams and daily schedules, working alongside their internal team.
